The Former Members feature gives admins a clear record of everyone who has left the workspace โ including their historical department and role, exit date, and asset transfer details. Click on any former member to open their full Member Details panel, where you'll find a complete profile alongside a record of how their assets were handed over.

No. Assets remain in the system after a member departs. Ownership is transferred to the designated recipient โ you can confirm who received the assets by checking the Resource Transfer Record in the member's details panel.
Unfortunately, deletions cannot be undone. To avoid this situation, we recommend taking a screenshot or exporting any important information before deleting a record.
