Once your filters are applied, sort the results using any of the following options:
You may have applied too many conditions at once. Try removing filters one by one to identify which combination is too restrictive
Double-check that the assets you're looking for actually exist in the selected folder or scope
Color recognition is powered by AI analysis. For the most accurate results, make sure the assets you upload have a clear, dominant color. Images with complex or mixed color palettes may return less precise matches.
Sorting applies to the current filtered result set. If there are only a small number of results, the difference in ordering may not be visually obvious.
This is most likely a permissions issue. Some assets may not be visible to certain members based on their access level. Check whether any assets are restricted for the affected user.
